Todd Snyder and New Balance continue their long-standing collaboration with the introduction of the 574 Legacy \u201cParchment & Pine\u201d pack.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to the menswear designer, the new styles are a \u201crugged luxe reimagining of one of New Balance\u2019s most iconic silhouettes.\u201d <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Designed by Snyder with hues inspired by the holiday season, this new sneaker capsule is crafted with premium materials, and features a mix of clean leather and hairy suede uppers, complemented by a hairy suede \u201cN\u201d logo on the lateral sides. Other details include a lightweight EVA foam cushioning in the midsole and heel, as well as ENCAP midsole cushioning supported by a durable polyurethane rim.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

When creating this pack, Snyder noted he was inspired by New York City\u2019s Flower District during the holiday season. The \u201cPine\u201d colorway is a deep evergreen, reminiscent of lush holiday foliage and freshly trimmed branches. While the \u201cParchment\u201d colorway is a soft brown tone with a matte finish, evoking the parchment paper used to wrap trimmings.<\/p>\n

Originally introduced in 1988, the 574 Legacy aims to preserve the timeless appeal of the iconic 574 sneaker model.<\/p>\n

This latest collaboration comes as Snyder continues to release must-have shoe tie-ups. In June, Snyder teamed with gardening experts Gardenheir<\/a> on a 12-piece capsule collection that ranges from clogs to smocks. The capsule features two made-in-Italy shoe styles \u2013 the aforementioned gardening clog and a leather fisherman sandal.<\/p>\n

In May, Snyder joined forces with Sperry to update<\/a> the footwear brand\u2019s signature Authentic Original boat shoe. Dubbed the \u201cSperry x Todd Snyder Authentic Original,\u201d the collaborative style boasts a luxe suede upper sourced from Charles F. Stead & Co. in Leeds, UK. <\/p>\n

These collabs also come as Snyder launched his first-ever mainline shoe style<\/a> \u2013 the Tuscan Court sneaker \u2013 in August 2023.<\/p>\n

As for New Balance, the brand just took home the Company of the Year<\/a> award at the 2024 FNAAs on Wednesday night. Presented by Olympian Gabby Thomas<\/a> and accepted by New Balance chief executive officer Joe Preston<\/a>, the company couldn\u2019t miss in 2024.<\/p>\n
